Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager - Productivity Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and define end-to-end program management for the Productivity Engineering team across multiple infrastructure domains
• Drive complex cross-team programs, including large-scale platform migrations and tooling adoptions
• Manage stakeholder alignment and ensure program visibility and prioritization across engineering leadership

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Program Management within platform engineering or infrastructure
• Strong technical fluency in CI/CD, build systems, microservices, and cloud-native platforms
• Fluency in AI developer tooling landscape and related infrastructure
• Experience with agile program management, OKR/roadmap planning, and portfolio prioritization
• Proven track record of driving adoption of internal tools and measuring success through developer satisfaction
