Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end design lifecycle from planning through implementation to ensure successful delivery of design objectives
• Provide clear communication to cross-functional team leads and management regarding project status, resource requirements, issues, and priorities
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional stakeholders to increase the efficiency and efficacy of the product development organization

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project/program management experience in mid/large size companies, ideally on a design team
• Experience in leveraging AI in work processes or decision-making
• Ability to adjust work deliverables independently as priorities shift
• Experience managing large projects or programs with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in using software to organize projects, track metrics, and report on progress
