Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager - Hardware Qualification Governance & Automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own qualification compliance reviews for product changes and lead structured Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) to drive systemic process improvements
• Serve as a consultant for change request intake through qualification planning, execution, and sign-off, while maintaining integrated schedules
• Partner with engineering and tooling teams on automation and data insights to enhance portfolio health

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional technical programs with complex dependencies
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for work tracking and workflow governance
• Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI and Kusto/KQL
• Experience in process design/operations and quality/testing in a technical environment
• Familiarity with hardware/firmware qualification in hyperscale datacenter environments is preferred
