Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to oversee complex initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate development efforts across multiple products and Agile Release Trains
• Develop detailed program delivery roadmaps and monitor overall progress to ensure program goals are met
• Collaborate with various teams to facilitate software adoption and manage requirement changes throughout delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 6-7 years of project management experience with a mix of software delivery practices
• Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies, including SCRUM, Kanban, and SAFe
• Possession or pursuit of SAFe Agilist and project management certifications (PMI, PMP)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; healthcare experience preferred
