Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Principal Technical Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent programs, ensuring alignment with the Program Playbook and successful delivery of outcomes
• Establish execution rhythms and reporting systems to facilitate decision-making and track program health
• Integrate AI into program management workflows and adapt to the unpredictability of AI-driven development

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in SaaS product development, program management, and release management
• Direct experience with AI-driven development lifecycles and AI/Agentic workflows
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical field
• Proven ability to mobilize teams and navigate ambiguous environments
• Experience with industry-standard project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Google Suite)
