Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in technical program management or related roles within SaaS or subscription-based businesses
• Experience leading large, complex, cross-functional programs with enterprise-wide impact
• Deep expertise in Agile, SAFe, and scaled program execution methodologies
• Proven track record in subscription platform transformations or monetization strategy initiatives
