Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager, Professional Services - Digital Native Business (DNB).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of complex customer engagements by providing technical leadership to the implementation team
• Guide technical teams in making key architectural decisions and navigating trade-offs
• Manage all aspects of programs, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resources

Required Qualifications

• Proven technical acumen and decision-making abilities without hands-on coding experience
• Experience in managing large, complex engagements and mitigating technical challenges
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a track record of influencing technical teams
• Familiarity with BI, data management, and big data technologies is preferred
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple engagements while ensuring high customer satisfaction
