Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to oversee and drive the delivery of multiple initiatives across the engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and execution of engineering initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives
• Maintain a portfolio of initiatives to enable effective team integration
• Manage project scope, schedules, and deliverables while identifying process improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, IT, or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience as a technical program/project manager in Software Engineering or Cybersecurity
• Past experience in software development
• Knowledge of Cloud Software Engineering and Cybersecurity technologies
• Experience working in an Agile model leveraging Scrum or Kanban
