Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Senior Technical Program Manager, focused on pre-silicon software enablement and workload studies, responsible for driving software readiness programs in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the software left-shift program to facilitate early development in the silicon lifecycle
• Partner with architecture, modeling, and software teams to resolve dependency blockers and define program structure
• Lead executive-level program reviews and drive cross-functional decision-making with clarity and data

Required Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of technical program management experience in the semiconductor or computing industry
• Experience managing programs at the hardware-software boundary with credible communication skills
• Background in pre-silicon environments, architectural models, or simulation infrastructure
• Track record of driving complex, multi-org programs from ambiguity to execution
