Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Senior Technical Program Manager leads the strategy and execution of programs for the bringup, decom, and operations of hardware infrastructure supporting the EDA ecosystem in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with cross-company partners to shape technical strategy and coordinate execution of build and decom programs
• Nurture a culture of continuous improvement in tooling, automation, and processes for cluster build operations
• Guide engineering efforts using agile methodologies across planning, prioritization, and execution

Required Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• 12+ years of experience in software/hardware engineering or technical program management
• Prior experience in infrastructure software and large-scale distributed computing
• Experience with EDA infrastructure and semiconductor design processes
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools
