Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Senior Technical Program Manager, seeking a full-time professional to lead complex, customer-facing data platform initiatives focused on Databricks and modern cloud architectures, ensuring successful program execution and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Databricks-focused technical programs, managing scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks
• Translate statements of work and solution designs into actionable delivery plans with clear milestones and success metrics
• Facilitate collaboration across technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring program health and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required, with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related delivery leadership roles
• Demonstrated experience delivering federal programs, preferably for U.S. Government customers
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent technical programs and engage effectively with stakeholders
