Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Senior Technical Program Manager is a full-time position responsible for driving successful product releases, enhancing internal program management tools, and promoting best PMO practices within the Product and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end release lifecycle for software products, ensuring effective planning and communication
• Drive the adoption of PMO methodologies and best practices across teams, including process definition and training
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on program goals, timelines, and dependencies while managing risks and issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
• 10+ years of experience in a software development environment, with 6+ years as a Technical Program Manager
• Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycles (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and experience leading large-scale Agile programs
• Hands-on experience with coding or scripting (JavaScript, Google Apps Script, or similar languages)
• Advanced experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Excel for program visibility and operational efficiency
