Job Summary

Senior Technical Program Manager, a full-time position focused on leading the lifecycle management of complex AI infrastructure programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring New Product Introduction readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of AI infrastructure programs, ensuring global deployment
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define Field Serviceability specifications and drive Design for Serviceability initiatives
• Develop operational support models for new service offerings and provide training and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Network Engineering
• 15+ years of experience in hyperscale, cloud, enterprise services, and logistics operations
• Proven experience in deploying networking products in production environments
• Experience in developing and supporting global enterprise service programs
• Strong financial analysis skills, including modeling and ROI analysis
