Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Senior Technical Program Manager is a full-time position responsible for managing the Chip Tools program, ensuring tool reliability and performance while driving dependency management and cross-team coordination in the chip development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end program for Chip Tools, ensuring reliability and performance for hardware engineering teams
• Drive tool health initiatives and maintain a dependency map to identify risks and ensure alignment with the chip roadmap
• Facilitate cross-team coordination and develop dashboards for real-time insights into tool health and delivery status

Required Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• 12+ years of technical program management experience in hardware or chip development environments
• Deep familiarity with the hardware development lifecycle and dependency management
• Experience owning tool or infrastructure reliability programs
• Data-driven approach to program management with strong communication skills
