Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Senior Technical Program Manager, responsible for leading large, complex, enterprise-wide technology programs focused on Post Quantum Cryptography (PQC) readiness, in a full-time salaried remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large, multi-year global programs with multiple workstreams
• Coordinate the inventory and assessment of cryptographic assets and ensure alignment with quantum-safe standards
• Establish program governance and serve as the primary contact for program status and risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, or equivalent experience
• 12-15+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Enterprise IT Program Leadership
• Strong familiarity with cryptography fundamentals and enterprise applications
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile delivery practices
