Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

In a remote capacity, the Senior Technical Program Manager will lead program delivery for Scrum teams, optimize internal processes, and ensure timely execution of technical initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for engineering teams, managing day-to-day execution and program delivery
• Lead end-to-end program management for complex technical initiatives and client implementations
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement of SDLC and delivery processes

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related delivery-focused roles, preferably in SaaS
• Hands-on experience working with Agile engineering teams, including as a Scrum Master
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-team technical programs from planning through execution
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
