Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

To elevate digital customer journeys, the contract Senior Technical Program Manager will work remotely to drive the execution of front-end digital initiatives, collaborating across product and engineering teams to enhance client experiences in financial domains.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of digital initiatives, translating business requirements into structured technical initiatives and delivery milestones
• Align cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to ensure cohesive feature delivery and manage dependencies
• Participate in architectural discussions and risk mitigation efforts, facilitating postmortems for production issues and implementing long-term fixes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 8-10 years of technical program management experience in web applications or content-driven platforms
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile digital product delivery
• Hands-on experience with modern front-end architectures and headless CMS platforms
• Demonstrated success in creating structure around evolving requirements and building cross-functional alignment
