Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Technical Program Manager will engage with customers and third-party application developers to drive adoption of Copilot+ PCs powered by Windows on Arm, while managing strategic partnerships and providing insights to shape product development.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers and third-party developers to address AppCompat blockers and promote app development for Windows on Arm
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to strategize and drive customer adoption of Copilot+ PCs
• Utilize AI to enhance program operations and gather feedback to inform product management decisions

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in partner or developer ecosystem engagements
• Demonstrated ability to drive technical discussions with ISV engineering teams
• Experience in technical sales and developing strategic partnerships
• Windows Product Engineering experience or equivalent
• Proven success in optimizing business operations using AI for efficiency
