Job Summary

Experienced program leaders will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Senior Technical Program Manager, responsible for driving the execution of complex, high-impact programs while collaborating with engineering, product, and business teams to align with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute large-scale, cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment and communication across multiple teams
• Identify and resolve blockers in complex workstreams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Implement best practices and streamline execution frameworks to enhance delivery effectiveness and transparency

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management within SaaS, cloud, or WebOps environments
• Proven ability to manage large programs end-to-end, from planning through delivery
• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
• Experience in leading change management and operational improvements
• Strong executive communication skills for updating senior leaders on progress and risks
