Job Summary

Experienced program leaders will find a remote, full-time opportunity as a Senior Technical Program Manager, responsible for driving the execution of complex, high-impact programs while collaborating with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment and mitigate risks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale, cross-functional programs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders, providing updates on progress and risks
• Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance execution frameworks and delivery effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management within SaaS, cloud, or WebOps environments
• Proven ability to manage complex programs end-to-end across multiple stakeholders
• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
• Experience in leading change management and operational improvements
• Strong executive communication skills, capable of tailoring messages for diverse audiences
