Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of AI-enabled tools, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will be responsible for orchestrating strategy, execution, and integration of product development acceleration solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Product Development Acceleration solutions suite, ensuring measurable impact across teams
• Partner with leadership to define and operationalize the portfolio roadmap, addressing technical constraints and risks
• Architect and build AI-native tools, making decisions on scalability and usability while embedding responsible AI practices

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in designing and maintaining internal software systems using modern AI tools
• Strong technical fluency in applied AI and system design with hands-on experience in AI coding environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical programs in ambiguous environments
• Experience using metrics and data to iteratively improve system performance and impact
• Thoughtful approach to responsible AI and data governance in technical design
