Job Summary

Leading high-impact, cross-functional programs, the full-time remote Senior Technical Program Manager will drive alignment across various business functions, translating strategic priorities into measurable outcomes while managing complex initiatives from definition through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead programs that span multiple business functions, ensuring alignment and execution without direct authority
• Translate company-level strategies into structured, executable programs, managing interdependencies across workstreams
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and decisions while driving organizational alignment

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of program management experience with a focus on leading strategic initiatives across multiple functions
• Proven ability to independently manage large programs from planning through delivery across various stakeholders
• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
• Experience in change management and implementing operational improvements to accelerate delivery
• Strong executive communication skills, capable of tailoring messages for both technical and non-technical audiences
