Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving cross-functional initiatives, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will lead strategic programs across various departments, ensuring alignment and execution of enterprise objectives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead high-impact programs that span multiple business functions, driving alignment and execution without direct authority
• Translate company-level strategies into structured, executable programs while managing interdependencies and adapting plans as needed
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and decisions throughout the program lifecycle

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of program management experience leading strategic initiatives across technical, business, and go-to-market teams
• Proven ability to manage large programs end-to-end, from planning through delivery, across multiple stakeholders
• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and experience with tools like JIRA or Asana
• Experience in change management and implementing operational improvements that enhance delivery across the organization
• Strong executive communication skills, able to tailor messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences
