Job Summary

To enhance software planning, testing, and support processes, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will scale operating frameworks, manage incident response for critical systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Scale and mature operating frameworks for software planning, testing, and production support
• Establish design and security review frameworks for high-risk technical changes
• Own the incident response program and implement continuous improvement mechanisms

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering program management
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, including testing and release management
• Experience driving complex cross-functional technical programs
• Proven ability to build operating models that enhance engineering execution
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
