Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and coordination of medium to large programs within the Technology team, focusing on the delivery of Enterprise Item initiatives and the implementation of a Product Information Management system.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate end-to-end delivery of Enterprise Item initiatives and manage interdependencies
• Partner with product management, engineering, and merchandising leadership throughout the program lifecycle
• Lead executive-level forums to facilitate decision-making and ensure strategic alignment across the organization

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a technology environment
• 5+ years of experience managing complex programs or in a senior agile role
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience; Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus
• Deep expertise in program and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean)
• Previous experience with the implementation of PIM technology platforms and/or Retail Technology is a plus
