Job Summary

Driving successful customer engagements, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will provide technical leadership and guidance within the Professional Services team, focusing on the Communications, Media, Entertainment, and Gaming sectors while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of complex customer projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and exceptional customer satisfaction
• Guide technical teams through architectural decisions and proactively identify and mitigate project risks
• Manage all aspects of program execution, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources, while serving as the primary escalation point for technical delivery issues

Required qualifications

• Proven technical acumen with the ability to make informed decisions without hands-on coding experience
• Experience managing large, complex projects and navigating technical challenges effectively
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a history of influencing technical teams and engaging diverse audiences
• Familiarity with business intelligence, data management, and big data technologies is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and maintain high customer satisfaction across multiple engagements
