Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Collaborating across Microsoft for accelerated delivery of critical capabilities, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will own and operate a large area of the business, partner with Engineering to design technical solutions, and manage cross-functional projects while ensuring alignment across organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Own and operate a large area of the business autonomously
• Define success criteria and coordinate implementation of features for complex cross-functional projects
• Drive continuous improvements by validating use cases and leading teams to collect performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
• OR equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements
