Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Senior Technical Program Manager who will drive alignment and manage delivery of high-impact initiatives across engineering, product, and security teams, ensuring projects are well-scoped and executed effectively.

Key responsibilities:

• Wrangle complexity by breaking down large ideas into achievable plans
• Drive alignment by translating vision into shared goals and maintaining progress across teams
• Own delivery from kickoff to launch, tracking progress and managing risks to ensure successful outcomes

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs in high-growth or technical environments
• Technical fluency, with a degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience with engineering teams
• Experience working closely with infrastructure, platform, or developer tooling teams
• Ability to influence without authority and bring structure to processes
• Familiarity with security-focused or compliance-driven engineering organizations is a plus
