Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the Payments Engineering team, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will lead complex cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with engineering, ops, and product teams to deliver strategic business priorities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale initiatives that align with business priorities
• Shape technical direction and ensure stakeholder alignment on success criteria while managing risks
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and present project outcomes to senior leadership

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in the software development industry, with at least 5 years as a Technical Program Manager
• B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• Experience in a highly cross-functional environment with strong analytical and influencing skills
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and develop processes where little exists
• Familiarity with task management tools such as Asana or Jira
