Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the execution of complex AI programs, the full-time remote Senior Technical Program Manager will manage cross-functional technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and collaboration among engineering, product, and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of Predictive and Generative AI programs, from intake to deployment
• Collaborate with AI/ML scientists and business stakeholders to validate solutions and ensure compliance with regulations
• Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and support planning of AI/ML workstreams

Required qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in technical program management or software engineering, with at least 2 years in a GenAI/ML environment
• Experience in healthcare-related AI/ML projects is strongly preferred
• Proven track record of managing complex technical programs from inception to delivery
• Demonstrated experience with AI/ML use cases such as predictive modeling and NLP
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
