Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional programs, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will drive the delivery of initiatives across the VPP platform and consumer energy products in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multi-team programs from scoping through launch and operational handoff
• Define planning frameworks and risk models to ensure predictable program delivery
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product leadership to set roadmap sequencing and launch readiness criteria

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of Technical Program Management or Engineering Program Management experience, with at least 3 years managing multi-engineering team programs
• Proven ability to build or enhance program management systems and frameworks
• Strong technical foundation to engage with engineering teams effectively
• Experience driving alignment across functions in competitive priority environments
• Clear communicator capable of translating program complexity into executive-level narratives
