Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

To lead the enterprise AI Readiness initiative, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will drive the planning, architecture hardening, and execution of integrating high-impact AI tools into the corporate stack, primarily working remotely with a preference for East Coast hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution to onboard, integrate, and scale enterprise AI tools into the existing technology stack
• Partner with engineering teams to oversee AWS cloud infrastructure delivery and enforce programmatic transitions from Proof of Concept to production environments
• Act as the primary bridge between engineering teams and InfoSec, managing security and compliance gates and maintaining program discipline using Jira and Confluence

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional technical programs at the enterprise level
• Proven experience delivering AWS-based infrastructure, including VPCs and multi-AZ setups
• Demonstrated success in programs with stringent information security and compliance requirements
• Deep understanding of identity architectures and advanced IAM governance
• Strong history of managing third-party technology providers and enforcing SLAs
