Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise AI Readiness initiative, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will manage the integration of high-impact AI tools, oversee AWS infrastructure delivery, and ensure compliance with InfoSec standards in a remote capacity, preferably aligned with East Coast hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution to onboard, integrate, and scale enterprise AI tools into the existing technology stack
• Partner with engineering teams to oversee cloud infrastructure delivery in AWS and enforce identity and access management governance
• Act as the primary bridge between engineering teams and InfoSec, managing security and compliance requirements throughout the program

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience running complex, cross-functional technical programs at the enterprise level
• Direct experience delivering AWS-based infrastructure, including VPCs and multi-AZ setups
• Demonstrated success managing programs with stringent information security and compliance review gates
• Deep understanding of identity architectures and governance, particularly in enforcing zero-trust access models
• Experience managing environments transitioning from pilot phases to hardened production systems
