Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise AI Readiness initiative, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will manage the integration of high-impact AI tools into the corporate technology stack while ensuring compliance and security in a remote setting, preferably aligned with US East Coast hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution for onboarding and integrating enterprise AI tools, managing vendor relationships and accountability
• Oversee AWS cloud infrastructure delivery, ensuring robust security and compliance hardening from Proof of Concept to production environments
• Maintain program discipline using Jira and Confluence, managing risks and dependencies while communicating with senior technical and business leaders

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in managing complex, cross-functional technical programs at the enterprise level
• Direct experience with AWS infrastructure, including VPCs and multi-AZ setups
• Proven track record of delivering programs with stringent information security and compliance requirements
• Deep understanding of identity architecture and IAM governance, including zero-trust and least-privilege access models
• Experience transitioning environments from pilot phases to hardened production systems
