Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving software programs and processes, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will lead multi-functional teams to deliver compiler technology projects on time, utilizing both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, while working remotely or onsite in Santa Clara or Austin.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of software projects
• Present project status to executive management and multi-functional teams
• Develop and implement efficient processes for the Compiler organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical degree
• 8+ years of experience in a similar or related role
• Strong background in Software Engineering and technical skills
• Knowledge of operating systems, software development methodologies, and compilers
• Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA and MS Project
