Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading software initiatives for advanced AI models, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will manage engineering programs, coordinate cross-company partnerships, and implement agile methodologies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with cross-company partners to plan programs and coordinate teams to meet key business objectives
• Guide engineering programs in all aspects of program management, including planning, scheduling, and reporting
• Develop and implement metrics for measuring program effectiveness and drive organizational alignment across multi-functional teams

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field with demonstrated program management expertise
• 10+ years of program management experience, including managing global projects across multiple time zones
• In-depth understanding of software engineering principles and quality requirements in enterprise systems
• Knowledge of agile methodologies, project planning, and task tracking tools
• Experience in AI training environments and resource capacity planning
