Job Summary

Leading software initiatives, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will guide engineering programs to develop Gen AI models, collaborating with cross-company partners and coordinating teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with cross-company partners to plan programs and coordinate teams to meet key business objectives
• Guide engineering programs in all aspects of program management, including planning, scheduling, and managing dependencies
• Report on overall program status, providing insights and recommendations to senior management while driving organizational alignment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field with demonstrated program management expertise
• 10+ years of program management experience, including managing global projects across multiple time zones
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse technical and non-technical audiences
• In-depth understanding of software engineering principles and experience in AI training environments
• Strong multitasking abilities with knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools
