Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing multiple high-visibility engagements, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will coordinate resources, support customer needs, and ensure project objectives are met in response to cyber security incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Program management of simultaneous engagements, delivering status reports and coordinating resources
• Support customer and internal needs by communicating objectives and guidance to stakeholders
• Produce project summaries for process improvement and maintain a high-level understanding of security tools and processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
• OR equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
• Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements
• Experience with cybersecurity and/or security operations is preferred
