Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving execution across Engineering, AI, and Product teams, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will own delivery processes, manage dependencies, and ensure timely completion of critical initiatives in a remote role.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery process, including sprint planning and backlog management across multiple initiatives
• Establish operating rhythms and accountability frameworks to ensure teams meet commitments and surface execution risks early
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align priorities and manage dependencies among various teams

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related delivery-focused leadership roles
• Proven success in fast-paced startup environments, particularly during periods of rapid growth
• Experience managing technically complex initiatives involving distributed systems or AI/ML platforms
• Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and modern software development lifecycle practices
• Exceptional ability to influence senior leaders and facilitate prioritization conversations across teams
