Job Summary

Leading software initiatives for Gen AI models, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will manage engineering programs, coordinate cross-company teams, and drive organizational efficiency in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with cross-company partners to plan programs and coordinate teams to meet key business objectives
• Guide engineering programs through all aspects of program management, including planning, scheduling, and reporting
• Develop metrics for measuring program effectiveness and provide insights to senior management

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field with demonstrated program management expertise
• 10+ years of program management experience with a proven ability to manage global projects
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse technical and non-technical audiences
• In-depth understanding of software engineering principles and agile methodologies
• Experience in AI training environments and resource capacity planning
