Job Summary

Leading project execution for a product development team, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will oversee planning and operations, coordinate stakeholders, and manage risks to ensure successful delivery of marketing performance reporting and application development projects in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily planning and management tasks, including team standups and project tooling maintenance
• Organize and lead program meetings with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and follow-up
• Identify and mitigate project blockers and risks to maintain continuous progress on roadmap deliverables

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 8-10 years of experience in program management, marketing, or analytics
• Proven experience leading projects within a Scrum framework
• Familiarity with project management tools such as GSD and Jira
• Preferred certifications in Agile, Scrum, or PMI/ACP
