Job Summary

Leading and delivering large-scale, complex programs, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will operate remotely, partnering with Product and Engineering teams to translate strategy into execution and improve program efficiency through AI integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs, from concept through launch and adoption
• Leverage AI to enhance program workflows, planning, reporting, and coordination
• Drive alignment with Product and Engineering to define roadmaps and execution timelines

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs in SaaS or technology environments
• Proven ability to operate independently and drive clarity in ambiguous situations
• Strong track record of delivering programs that span multiple teams and stakeholders
• Experience influencing and aligning cross-functional and executive stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies, risks, and competing priorities at scale
