Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving foundational platform services programs, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex platform initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and milestones
• Partner with various teams to define program scope, execution plans, dependencies, and risks
• Build and maintain program artifacts such as roadmaps, executive dashboards, and status reports

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or complex software delivery within cloud or platform-focused environments
• Proven track record leading large, cross-functional initiatives across engineering organizations
• Strong understanding of modern cloud platform concepts, including distributed systems and microservices
• Experience delivering platform or enterprise SaaS programs in partnership with Security and Infrastructure teams
• Expertise with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
