Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving high-impact initiatives remotely, the contract Senior Technical Program Manager will manage technical improvements, product implementations, and process standardization while ensuring clear communication with stakeholders over a project duration of 1+ years.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee technical projects, ensuring execution, efficiency, and consistency
• Resolve dependencies, evaluate technical risks, and track progress across multiple teams
• Communicate effectively with high-level stakeholders to provide data-driven updates and influence decision-making

Required qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or a related engineering field
• 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a fast-paced tech environment
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion, including HCM, ERP, and EPM implementations
• Experience in managing large-scale complex migrations and integrations
• Knowledge of AWS and modern cloud architectures, as well as security platforms and frameworks
