Job Summary

Driving execution across complex, cross-functional programs, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will manage large-scale initiatives involving both software and hardware, collaborating closely with engineering and research teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of technical programs, coordinating execution across multiple teams and functions
• Define workstreams, set milestones, and proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks and interdependencies
• Serve as the liaison between engineering, research, product, and operations to ensure aligned priorities and timelines

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong technical acumen, with experience in both hardware and software domains
• Familiarity with AI forward program management practices and processes
• Proven ability to thrive in high-growth or startup environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
