Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading software initiatives in a full-time capacity, the Senior Technical Program Manager will develop Gen AI models while coordinating cross-company teams and managing engineering programs to meet key business objectives, with opportunities for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with cross-company partners to plan programs and coordinate teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Guide engineering programs through all aspects of program management, including planning, scheduling, and prioritization
• Develop metrics for measuring program effectiveness and report on overall program status to senior management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field with demonstrated program management expertise
• 10+ years of program management experience, including managing global projects across multiple time zones
• In-depth understanding of software engineering principles and quality requirements in enterprise systems
• Experience in AI training environments and resource capacity planning
• Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Aha!, and Confluence
