Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving delivery for complex, cross-functional initiatives in AI/ML, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will manage end-to-end project execution, build project plans, and partner with engineering leads to embed AI into the software development lifecycle while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project execution, balancing constraints and driving delivery across the full project lifecycle
• Build and maintain project plans, track milestones, and proactively manage risks and issues while providing stakeholder updates
• Serve as the PMO lead for AI initiatives, establishing and improving team processes to enhance quality and productivity

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of technical program management experience in a software engineering organization, with at least 2 years in AI/ML contexts
• Demonstrated experience managing AI/ML initiatives or SDLC modernization programs with delivery ownership
• Fluency with AI-driven SDLC concepts and tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Ability to translate engineering complexity into executive narratives and manage stakeholders effectively
• Experience running programs that span multiple scrum teams, including offshore-heavy organizations
