Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing multiple high-visibility engagements, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will oversee project management efforts to prevent cyber attacks, ensuring team goals are met during security crises while collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Program management of simultaneous engagements, delivering status reports and coordinating resources for effective responses
• Support customer and internal needs by clearly communicating objectives and guidance to stakeholders before and after onsite deployments
• Produce comprehensive project summaries for process improvement and incident reporting, while maintaining high-quality standards in work delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
• OR equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
• Ability to meet Microsoft and government security screening requirements
• Experience with cybersecurity and/or security operations is preferred
