Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving the execution of large-scale ML infrastructure and AI tooling initiatives, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will own end-to-end delivery of programs, define technical architecture, and align cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI infrastructure programs, including model training pipelines and production monitoring
• Define technical architecture and integration patterns for new ML systems and tooling
• Serve as a liaison between ML research, engineering, product, and data teams to align on requirements and deployment timelines

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or technical leadership experience in ML infrastructure or AI tooling
• Strong technical acumen in ML systems, with hands-on experience as an ML engineer or related role
• Experience coordinating cross-functional ML programs
• Proven ability to translate ML/research requirements into scalable infrastructure
• Familiarity with high-growth or startup environments
