Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving cross-functional AI programs, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will manage AI initiatives to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency, collaborating with various business and technical teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to evaluate requests, define scope, and create program charters for AI-enabled automation initiatives
• Lead end-to-end program execution for AI projects, managing risks, dependencies, and ensuring launch readiness
• Define and track program KPIs to monitor results and drive continuous optimization post-launch

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management or related roles, managing cross-functional technology programs
• Hands-on familiarity with GenAI tools and workflow automation technologies
• Strong program management fundamentals, including risk management and milestone-based delivery
• Solid technical fluency to engage in technical design discussions and evaluate feasibility
• Bachelor's degree in technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent practical experience
